LDCC Basketball

The live video feeds weren’t working out so we are going to upload the game footage once a week on YouTube. Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s games will be uploaded all at once after Wednesday night’s games. All the footage takes about 24 hours to upload so be patient.  The video quality is better than any video footage we’ve ever had!

Check the video tab to view games from the first night we recorded (Feb 17). Subscribe to our YouTube channel so you can be updated every time a video is uploaded.

The regular season is winding down, with only one week of games left. After the regular season we’ll have All Star Week. The All Star Week agenda for each league is posted below. This year the Varsity All Star game will be Married vs. Single.

Before All Star Week begins we have to vote for all star players and awards. Voting ends February 21st so print out the ballots and turn it in to your captain. Click here to download the ballots. The PDF includes all league ballots.

The annual Varsity All Star Event will be held at the Vivint Smart Home Arena, formerly known as Energy Solutions Arena. The event will be held Tuesday Jan 26th from 4-6PM. Anyone is welcome to attend as a spectator. All players who signed up will have the chance to play on the court from 4:00-4:30. The All Star Game will be played from 4:30-6:00. A lot of additions and changes have been made on our website lately. Take a look around and see what’s new. We are working to make this website easier to navigate and more convenient for the users.

We’ve added the very exciting Live Feeds section of the website, where you can stream video from game nights or watch stats update live.

We’ve added the google calendar in the Schedule page. With this, everyone can have quick access to the schedule right on their phone. Leave a comment if you’d like to know how that can be done.

We’ve added a section for the Women’s League, where we’ll keep track of scores and win-loss records.

On another note, we have updated the game scores that were lost from the iPad last week. If anyone remembers the scores different than what is shown please leave a comment or contact Garrett.

The first Women’s league games are now in the books! Tuesday was a historical night for our league, as the women took the court for the first time.
